Non-Ordinary Reality (NOR)...Awareness on all Levels!

Before I start talking about Non-Ordinary Reality...let's look at Ordinary Reality. Ordinary Reality is necessary if you are going to experience life on Earth...it is what is obvious to the senses. It is almost a perceptual way of living. If you could not experience Ordinary Reality you would be dead (not existing in the physical world). So it is very important to master Ordinary Reality...have your feet grounded in reality...otherwise you will have no foundation to grow your roots...because without this nourishment how can you expect your mind to grow and expand...and you do want to expand to the highest levels of awareness...don't you?
Non-Ordinary Reality allows you to see, hear, smell, feel, and touch what others are unaware of...utilizing your sixth sense at it's highest level. It is opening to the flow of the Universe and connecting to the Life-force energy all around you.
Non-Ordinary Reality describes the three worlds shamans travel in to obtain information or retrieve soul essences that have split off during trauma.
The Upper World: Heaven, Divine. The place people who have had near-death experiences have been to. It is an ethereal place where angelic beings, teachers and our ancestors can be found.
The Middle World: This realm co-exists along with ours in current time. Shamanic practitioners journey to this realm to help find lost objects or to help departed beings to cross over to the upper world. This is also where soul pieces can be retrieved to help a person to fulfill their life's destiny!
The Lower World: An ancient world that is inhabited by power animals and teachers that guide and protect us from harm. Shamans commonly journey to the lower world to meet their power animals for guidance and instruction on preliminary analysis of a client's condition. The treatment plan can be implemented in non-ordinary reality and in ordinary reality.
Reiki is a form of Shamanism... as it has been my experience that once you receive your Reiki Attunements that open and align you to chanelling the Universal life force energy...it also allows you to open and enter Non-ordinary Reality...working with spirit animals, spirit guides, angels and ancestors. When I do a Reiki session I am often entering N.O.R. to access a deeper understanding and receive the guidance needed to help my Reiki client on their healing journey.
Some people choose not to acknowledge N.O.R. and recognize only Ordinary Reality...this individual is missing the rich variations of existence. They may feel their life is drab and uninspiring...and indeed it is! They are seeing only the tip of the iceberg. They generally suffer from much pain, misery, and frustration...an unnecessary tragedy most assuredly!
Then there are those who choose to live only in the spiritual...and may believe they are truly an enlightened being...but with-out the grounding roots of ordinary reality they are oblivious to the rest of the land-scape...the integration of complex thoughts, ideas and concepts! They appear a bit spacey...there is nothing enlightening about that!
So in order to truly access and utilize Non-Ordinary Reality it is important first to Master Ordinary Reality...and only then can you fully access the highest levels of awareness...becoming one with the flow of Universal Life Force Energy!
